Mechanics of a proper hip hinge
How to use your breathing to create stability
How to move beyond pain and get stronger by moving smarter daily

2 day course, Sunday, Janunary. 22nd & 29th @ 9:30
Each class will be around 1 hour.
This course is structured with one week in-between our classes to take what we learn home and fine tune it before we check back in and add a few more tricks to your personal movement tool kit.
Class size is limited to 15. Early registration is encouraged.
