Youth Programs

 

We offer numerous opportunities for youth athletes training for mountain sports.  Some examples include:

  • Coaching the Bozeman High School cross-country run team for their off-season strength. Coaching the middle-school cross-country team for their off-season strength.

  • Designing the year-round strength program for the Bridger Ski Foundation (BSF) cross-country ski team. Coaching the BSF Alpine Racing team for their pre-season dryland training.

  • We work with youth athletes individually at the gym, and we regularly host middle school and high school kids in our normal classes.  We entertain small private youth groups as well, designed for sport-specific athletes.

    We welcome any youth athlete training to run, bike, ski, climb, or recreate outside. Reach out to us with any questions!
