8-WEEK ADVANCED GENERAL MOUNTAIN STRENGTH PLAN
Created as a follow up to the popular general mountain strength plan for athletes who want to prepare for a variety of mountains sports and train from ANYWHERE.
This plan is for intermediate/advanced athletes who have consistently been doing strength and circuit based workouts at least twice a week for 8-weeks.
Ideally, athletes already have a strong knowledge and history of strength training before doing this program.
All workouts are gym-based, to be performed twice a week for 8-weeks, and require access to a good gym and proper equipment.
Workouts are varied to account for the unique demands of various mountain sports with focus on multi-functional strength, single limb strength, muscular endurance, core, balance & stability, and injury prevention.
