Join Dr. Daniel Schiedermayer, DPT (Excel Physical Therapy) & Rachel Nawrocki, Registered Dietitian (The Mountain Project) for a discussion on healthy aging, maintaining function & mitigating injury as we enter our "golden years."

Dr. Daniel Schiedermayer, DPT

Daniel Schiedermayer completed his Doctorate of Physical Therapy at the University of Wisconsin in Madison, where he also received his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. During his clinical experiences as a doctoral student, he was exposed to a wide variety of surgical and non-surgical conditions, including mentorship in the management of spinal conditions. He had the opportunity to work in UW Health System’s specialty Pain Clinic, where he was able to work with those who suffered from more chronic conditions.

 

Rachel Nawrocki, Registered Dietitian

Rachel is a former Division 1 ski racer and as an avid skier, she has experience in fueling the body for training and competition. Rachel hopes to help provide skiers, climbers, bikers, runners, and athletes of all kinds with the nutrition tools and support to fuel activity from those long days out in the mountains to shorter training sessions and rest days.
