Tired of getting injured?

Movement is the precipitating factor that determines our maximum happiness potential. If you don’t move well, you won’t be able to live with vitality.

In this course you will learn:

  • How to apply Foundation Training to strength training in the gym and in your personal life to avoid injuries and be a less crabby human

  • Mechanics of a proper hip hinge

  • How to use your breathing to create stability

  • How to move beyond pain and get stronger by moving smarter daily

When:

2 day course, Sunday, Janunary. 22nd & 29th @ 9:30

Each class will be around 1 hour.

This course is structured with one week in-between our classes to take what we learn home and fine tune it before we check back in and add a few more tricks to your personal movement tool kit.

Class size is limited to 15. Early registration is encouraged.

Cost: $100

Heidi Ransom

Heidi Ransom is a certified Pilates Instructor, Bodyworker, Foundation Training instructor, and avid outdoorswoman. She brings a passion for helping people move well, stay out of pain, and empower themselves. You’ve likely seen her at the gym over the years and she is excited to share some tricks to help save you some pain in the future.
