Snickers Salad
Here's a wholesome low-carb π snack to accompany Colleen's thoughts on Carbs.
This is a good one for any athlete (recovery, or pre-workout).

Ingredients
1 package instant vanilla pudding
1 cup WHOLE milk
1 container Cool Whip
5 apples, chopped
5 full size Snickers bars, chopped
1/2 cup grapes, cut in half
1/2 cup sliced strawberries
Instructions
Combine the pudding mix and milk in a large bowl. Mix in dat Cool Whip.
Add the apples, Snickers, grapes and strawberries to the bowl and stir that shit. Refrigerate until ready to serveβor not, just eat that shit!
