Snickers Salad

 

Here's a wholesome low-carb πŸ˜‚ snack to accompany Colleen's thoughts on Carbs.
This is a good one for any athlete (recovery, or pre-workout).

Ingredients

  • 1 package instant vanilla pudding

  • 1 cup WHOLE milk

  • 1 container Cool Whip

  • 5 apples, chopped

  • 5 full size Snickers bars, chopped

  • 1/2 cup grapes, cut in half

  • 1/2 cup sliced strawberries

Instructions

Combine the pudding mix and milk in a large bowl.  Mix in dat Cool Whip. 

Add the apples, Snickers, grapes and strawberries to the bowl and stir that shit.  Refrigerate until ready to serveβ€”or not, just eat that shit!
