Barbell Hour with Bicep Bailey πŸ’ͺ: 8 Week Special Edition Class

Barbell training is one of the best ways to maximize strength, build muscle mass, and develop more power. This class will focus on barbell progressions for both beginner and experienced lifters alike to establish proper technique, safety etiquette, and strength training diversity under load for demanding mountain endeavors.

Class Purpose: A pure strength focused class that emphasizes barbell lifting technique to build full body strength geared towards mountain endeavors.

What to Expect: Barbell Lifting Technique ranging from basic Squat, Deadlift, Bench, Rows, Overhead Press, etc. to more dynamic powerlifting progressions such as Power Cleans and Clean and Jerks. As the class progresses, more complex barbell lifts will be incorporated. While the focus will be barbell lifting, there will also be supplemental core and stability work integrated into each workout.

Focus: Form over everything, so a small class (max of 10) will be the focus to ensure quality coaching. Once technique is dialed, weight progression can begin.

Schedule: Tuesday and Thursday Evenings from 7-8pm starting Tuesday, January 17.

Cost: $220 for the full 2x/week, 8 week class
