3 months Ski Conditioning class (twice weekly + mobility class [optional]). Athletes can pay for the ski conditioning once a month or pay upfront for whole 3-months.

This is a 12-week long periodized and thoughtfully planned conditioning class, twice-weekly, to fully prepare you to be injury-proof and at optimum fitness for the beginning of ski season.  Designed for nordic skiers, alpine skiers, backcountry skiers/snowboarders, and ski patrollers, we tailor this class for your discipline of choice. In addition to two rigorous days of training each week in the gym, we provide you with suggested workouts to do outside the other days of the week.  Also included is a third mobility/flexibility session that will aid your recovery, flexibility, injury prevention and overall body balance to avoid weaknesses and imbalances.
