3 months General Mountain Fitness Circuit Class. This an hour-long circuit class, twice weekly (+ optional Friday mobility class included). This is for the athlete looking to develop their general fitness, durability, and strength for all mountain sports. This class focuses on developing core strength, leg agility and power, upper body push and pull strength, and push your cardiovascular fitness with integrated intensity training. Athletes can pay for the ski maintenance once a month or pay upfront for whole 3-months.
