3 months Cycling & Running Conditioning. This is an hour-long class, designed for actively training runners and cyclists to attend twice weekly. A monthly membership for this class also includes unlimited open gym time, and optional Friday mobility/stretching/recovery class. These classes are thoughtfully structured to build run and cycling specific strength and prevent injuries. We will be tailoring the class weekly to the unique training needs of runners, and cyclists. This spring class is the perfect supplement to your run or cycling training to get you to summer strong and balanced!
