12-Week Ski Conditioning Strength Program


This plan is designed for beginner to advanced athletes who want to prepare for ski season.
By ski season, we mean that this plan will prepare you for any type of skiing; nordic, alpine, backcountry, and snowboarding.  It only comprises gym-based workouts, to be performed twice a week, for 8-12 weeks.
The workouts focus on ski-specific strength, agility, plyometrics, injury-prevention, and core strength.  You will need access to a good gym and proper equipment to execute the workouts in this plan.
